Experience: Melanie Mayne-Wilson is an experienced senior leader and non-executive director with commercial acumen and over 25 years of general management experience. Melanie has proven expertise in strategy, governance, brand, philanthropy and reputation management and growing sustainable revenue across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. She has held several senior executive roles for large, complex organisations including Queensland Treasury, the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and the Royal Flying Doctor Service. This executive experience is complemented by sound governance experience gained through advising boards and board roles which currently include Anglicare Southern Queensland, a community service provider of residential aged care and home care services; NDIS mental health services provider ARAFMI Queensland and a national board member of the Children’s Book Council of Australia. Melanie is also the Board Chair of PACT, a community service organisation funded by the Queensland Department of Justice, supporting vulnerable adult and child witnesses to give their best evidence in Court and an Advisory Committee Member of Bond University’s Centre for Enterprise Governance.
